Effective October 5, 2026
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Pure Basketball LLC ("Pure Basketball", "we", "us" or "our") is a youth basketball training business in Gilbert and Queen Creek, Arizona, led by owner and head trainer Isaiah Easaw. This policy applies to the website at pure-basketball.com, to the forms on it, and to the email and text messages we send.
"You" means a visitor to this site, or the parent or legal guardian of an athlete who trains with us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact information. Parent or guardian name, email address and, if you choose to give one, a mobile phone number. Providing a phone number is optional and is never required on our forms.
- Athlete information. Athlete name, grade, experience level, training goals and any health or injury notes you choose to share so that coaches can train safely. This information is provided by a parent or guardian.
- Registration details. The program you request and your preferred schedule. There is no online checkout on this website: after you request registration we send you a payment link or invoice, and your card details are entered with and held by our payment processor (currently Stripe), so we never collect or store card numbers on this website.
- SMS consent records. Whether you ticked an SMS consent checkbox, which one, and when, so that we can prove and honor your choice.
- Communications. Messages you send us by form, email or text, and our replies.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data. Pages visited, the page or ad that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the steps you complete in a form. Section 7 explains the cookies and analytics tools involved.
3. How we use your information
- Answering inquiries and booking free trial sessions
- Registering athletes, scheduling training and sending reminders and schedule changes
- Sending payment links or invoices, confirming payments and holding registration spots
- Coaching athletes safely and tracking their progress
- Sending program updates and promotions, only where you have opted in
- Measuring and improving our website and advertising
- Meeting legal, tax and safety obligations
4. Text messaging
How we get consent. We text a mobile number only when the owner of that number has ticked the consent checkbox on a form on this site: the contact form at /contact, the free trial form at /free-trial, or the small group registration form at /enroll. Each form has one consent checkbox, unticked by default, that covers our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and text messages. A phone number on its own, without the ticked checkbox, does not opt you in to text messages. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers or SMS consent from a third party list.
What we send. The consent checkbox covers two types of message:
- Transactional messages. Booking confirmations, session reminders, schedule changes, registration confirmations, replies to your inquiry, and account notifications.
- Marketing messages. Training program updates, event announcements and special offers.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any training or other service from us: if you would rather not receive texts, email us and we will book or register you without them.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at isaiah@pure-basketball.com or . After you reply STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Opting out of texts does not affect your athlete's training or registration.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Never shared for marketing. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Section 6 sets this out in full.
5. Third party services and sharing
We share only what each service provider needs to do its job for us. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all of the sharing below. The providers we use are:
- Customer management, scheduling and messaging. GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the CRM software that stores form submissions and contact records, books sessions and delivers our emails and text messages. It processes your information only to provide that service to us.
- Website analytics and reporting. Our marketing partner, By Any Means Business, runs a first-party funnel analytics beacon on this site that records page views and form steps, described in section 7, so that we can see how the site is performing.
- Maps. When you view the location map on this site, the map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the tiles. No form details are sent to it.
- Embedded video. A video on this site may be loaded from its host (such as YouTube or Vimeo), which receives your IP address and browser details to play it. No form details are sent to it.
- Payments. When you pay through the payment link or invoice we send you, your card details are entered with and held by our payment processor (currently Stripe). It processes your payment information only to complete the payment, and we never see or store full card numbers.
- Advertising. If we use an advertising pixel such as the Meta Pixel, the information described in section 7 is shared with that advertising platform.
- Professional advisers. Accountants, insurers and lawyers, where needed to run the business.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of an athlete, a coach or the public. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer to the successor, which must continue to honor this policy.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from everything in this section. They are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See section 6.
6. No sharing of SMS opt-ins
The rule. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Excluded from all sharing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in section 5. This information is not shared with any third party.
Delivery is the only exception. Your mobile number is passed to the messaging provider that physically delivers our messages on our behalf. That provider may use it only to deliver our messages, never for its own marketing.
No sale, ever. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records to anyone, for any purpose, at any time.
7. Cookies and analytics
- Funnel analytics. A first-party analytics beacon records an anonymous session identifier, the pages you view, the form steps you complete, and any ad campaign tags in the link that brought you here. These events are run by and reported to our marketing partner, By Any Means Business, so that we can see which pages and ads are working. SMS opt-in data and consent are never included in these events.
- Advertising pixels. We may use advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. If we do, it may set cookies and report page views and form completions to Meta so that we can measure our advertising and show our ads to relevant audiences, and where a form is completed, contact details may be matched with Meta in hashed form for ad measurement. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sent to Meta.
- Essential storage. The site may use browser storage to remember your progress through a form during a visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account. The site still works with cookies blocked.
8. Children's privacy
Our athletes are minors, but this website and its forms are intended for parents, legal guardians and other adults aged 18 or over. Forms must be completed by a parent or guardian, and information about an athlete is provided by that parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not send text messages to or market to minors. We collect only what is needed to train an athlete safely and to communicate with their family. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent or guardian involved, contact us and we will delete it.
A parent or guardian may review, correct or delete their athlete's information at any time by contacting us.
9. Photo and video
We may photograph or film training sessions and events, both for coaching and for use in our own content. You can opt your athlete out at any time by emailing isaiah@pure-basketball.com, and you can ask us to take down a specific photo or clip. We will remove it from anything we control. Our Terms of Service say more about media.
10. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as long as required for tax, insurance and legal records. Inquiry records that never become a registration are deleted or anonymized once they are no longer useful. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to prove and honor your choice. Ask us to delete your information and we will, keeping only what the law requires us to hold.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections, reputable service providers and access controls that limit athlete and family information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.
12. Your privacy rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Know. Tell you what personal information we hold about you or your athlete, where it came from, why we use it and who we disclose it to.
- Correct. Fix information that is inaccurate.
- Delete. Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out. Stop using your information for marketing or advertising measurement.
We use health or injury notes only to train athletes safely, and never for marketing. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email isaiah@pure-basketball.com. We will verify your identity using information we already hold before acting on the request.
13. Your choices
- Access, update or delete your information, or your athlete's
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
- Stop text messages by replying STOP, without affecting your athlete's training
- Ask us not to use photos or video of your athlete
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in advance, the date at the top of the page will change, and the current version always lives on this page.
